Shipping & Returns Policy

At StickersQuick, we work hard to produce and ship high-quality stickers as quickly and carefully as possible. This page explains how shipping, production timing, order changes, damaged shipments, and returns are handled.

Shipping Overview

Shipping options, pricing, and estimated transit times are shown during checkout. Available shipping methods may vary based on order size, weight, destination, and carrier availability.

Custom Order Notice

Because many sticker orders are custom printed, production time is separate from shipping time. Transit time begins after your order has been produced, packed, and handed to the carrier.

Production & Processing Time

Processing time depends on the product, quantity, material, finishing options, proof approval, and current production volume. Orders with custom artwork, specialty materials, lamination, die cutting, packaging, or special instructions may require additional production time.

Important: If your order requires artwork approval or a proof, production may not begin until the proof is approved. Delayed proof approval may delay your ship date.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We use reliable shipping carriers to deliver orders throughout the United States. Shipping estimates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and do not include production time.

Shipping Stage What It Means Important Notes
Order Processing Your order is reviewed, prepared, and moved into production. Custom orders may require proof approval before production begins.
Production Your stickers are printed, finished, cut, inspected, and packed. Production time varies by order type, quantity, and finishing options.
Carrier Transit Your package has left our facility and is in transit with the carrier. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues may affect delivery.
Delivery Your package is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. StickersQuick is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or extra charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.

  • Double-check apartment, suite, unit, and business address details before placing your order.
  • If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible.
  • Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a shipment is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. If your package appears delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact us so we can help review the issue.

  • For damaged shipments, please keep the packaging and product.
  • Take clear photos of the damaged package and damaged items.
  • Contact us promptly with your order number and photos.

Damaged order claims: Claims are easier to resolve when photos and order details are provided quickly after delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom printed stickers are made specifically for each customer and generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a production defect, printing error, or order issue caused by StickersQuick.

  • Custom printed products are not eligible for return simply because the customer changed their mind.
  • Approved returns or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • We may request photos, order details, or a return of the product before approving a replacement or refund.
  • Products must not be used, altered, or damaged after delivery if a return or replacement claim is being requested.

Artwork, Proofing & Customer Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing artwork, spelling, colors, sizing, cut lines, quantities, and all order details before approval. If a proof is provided and approved, StickersQuick will produce the order based on the approved proof.

  • Approved proofs are considered customer approval to print.
  • Color may vary slightly between screens and printed materials.
  • Low-resolution artwork may affect final print quality.
  • We are not responsible for customer-approved spelling, layout, artwork, or sizing errors.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to help, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once artwork preparation, proofing, printing, cutting, finishing, or packaging has started.

Important: Once a custom order is in production, it may already require labor and materials. Contact us as soon as possible if you need a change.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will typically be issued to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment processor, bank, or credit card provider.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by StickersQuick.

Does shipping time include production time?

No. Shipping time begins after your order has been produced, packed, and handed to the carrier.

Can I return custom stickers?

Custom stickers are generally not returnable unless there is a production defect, printing error, or order issue caused by StickersQuick.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and products so we can review the issue.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Possibly, but only if production has not already started. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
